Stone Chimneys

Stone Chimneys
Need Stone Work Done?
Stone chimneys suffer from cracked and eroded mortar, and unsightly discoloration of stones. This can lead to leaks, lowered property value, and in some cases structural damage.
The concrete caps become cracked and the chimney tops rust. This allows water into the structure of the chimney, roof, and building. Once this happens the concrete top expands when the water freezes and damage is furthered. Then the flues become weather damaged
Stone has to be custom cut to accept new flashing and match existing stone perfectly. We have decades of experience matching existing stone with new, cutting, fitting, and sealing stone. We make sure there is plenty of runoff with the existing roofing. This protects the work for 50 to 100 years. We also apply an invisible sealer for added protection so that our work stands the test of time.
The end result is a chimney indistinguishable from the rest of the building's stone, tasteful, and long lasting. Our expertise clearly shows in every job we do.
